ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about May 26,1952, from the State of Missouri into 
the State of Pennsylvania.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed straw- 
berries.
DISPOSITION: March 17, 1953. The defendants having entered pleas of nolo 
contendere, the court fined the corporation $500 and costs and the individual 
defendant $250.
