ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 11,1952, from the State of Pennsylvania into the State of New Jersey. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of rotten poultry; and, Section 402 (a) (5), the article was in part the product of a diseased animal, namely, diseased poultry. DISPOSITION : May 20,1953. A plea of nolo contendere having been entered, the court fined the defendant $500.
