ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about March 24, April 7, and May 13 and 28, 1952,
from Fremont and Omaha, Nebr. 
PRODUCT:   277   25-pound bags of flour at Jackson, Tenn.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of live insects. 
The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate 
commerce.
DISPOSITION : December 10,1952. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion
