Diamond State Poultry Co., Inc., having con- sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be eviscerated so as to remove all portions which were contaminated with filth and those birds which were diseased, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
