ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about September 12, 1952, by Libby, McNeill &
Libby, from Wyoming, Del.
PRODUCT:   422 cases, each containing 12 1-quart, 14-fluid-ounce cans, of tomato
juice at York, Pa. 
LABEL, IN PART :   "Libby's   Tomato Juice."  . 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of fly eggs and
maggots. 
DISPOSITION :   April 30, 1953.   The sole intervener having withdrawn its claim
and answer, the court entered a decree of condemnation and destruction.
