ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about March 10, 1953, by the Farmers Mercantile
& Elevator Co., from Garden City, S. Dak. 
PRODUCT:   120,000 pounds of wheat at Minneapolis, Minn. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent
excreta.
DISPOSITION : March 27, 1953. The Farmers Mercantile & Elevator Co., claim- 
ant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was 
entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for 
reprocessing into animal feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security 
Agency.
