LABEL IN PART: (Can) "King of Ozarks Brand Standard Grade Tomatoes Contents 6 Lbs. 6 Oz." NATURE OF CHARGE : Misbranding, Section 403 (h) (1), the quality of the article fell below the standard of quality for canned tomatoes because of excessive tomato peel. DISPOSITION : August 7, 1953. A default decree was entered providing for the delivery of the product to a Federal institution, for consumption by the inmates.
