NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (c), the article contained a 
coal-tar color, FDC Yellow No. 6, which was other than one from a batch 
that had been certified in accordance with regulations.
DISPOSITION: May 29, 1953. The defendant having entered a plea of nolo 
contendere, the court fined it $500, plus costs.
