Manwaring, vice president of the corporation and manager of the Idaho operations of the firm. ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 26 and October 3, 1952, from the State of Idaho into the State of California. LABEL IN PART: "Banquet Monterey Cheese Manufactured and Distributed By Banquet Better Foods Salt Lake City, Utah Rexburg, Idaho." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of filth-contaminated milk in the preparation of the article. DISPOSITION : November 9, 1953. The defendants having entered pleas of nolo contendere, the court fined the company $500 and the individual $20.
