Miller, a partner in the partnership. 9 ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about May 25,1951, by Armour C. Miller, doing busi- ness under the firm name of J. T. Lampman & Co., from Claverack, N. Y., to New Haven, Conn., of a quantity of rye flour; and on or about June 29, 1951, by J. T. Lampman & Co. and Armour C. Miller, from Claverack, N. Y., to Bridgeport, Conn., of a quantity of rye meal. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the articles consisted in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of rodent hair frag- ments, rodent excreta, and insect fragments; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the articles had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby they may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: December 17, 1953. Pleas of guilty having been entered, the court fined the company $2 and the individual $1,000.
