ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about March 16, April 21, May 20, and July 29,1953, 
from Fort Worth and Greenville, Tex.
PRODUCT: 152 25-pound bags and 253 10-pound bags of flour at Pine Bluff, 
Ark.
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. 
The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate 
commerce.
DISPOSITION: October 29, 1953. Default decree of condemnation. The court 
ordered that the product be delivered to a State institution, for use as animal 
feed.
