Packers-Distributors Sodus, N. Y." or "Little Boy Brand Solid Pack Sliced Apples Contents 6 Lbs. 2 Oz. Packed By A. T. Hipke & Sons, Inc. New Holstein, Wis." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decom- posed apple material.
