ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about August 23 and 30 and September 1, 1953, by 
Owen Grant, from Harrington, Maine.
PRODUCT: 22 crates, each containing 24 l-quart boxes, of fresh blueberries at 
Everett, Mass.   Examination showed that the product contained maggots.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance.
DISPOSITION : October 19, 1953. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
