ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about June 5, 1953, from Janesville, Wis.
PRODUCT:   50   100-pound sacks of flour at Brooklyn, N. Y.
NATURE OFCHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in par(t of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, 
insect; webbing, and insect excreta. The article was adulterated while held 
for sale after shipment in interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION :   March. 11,1954.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
