ALLEGED SHIPMENT ; On or about March 1, April 8, and September 9,1953, from 
Wichita Falls and Fort Worth, Tex.
PRODUCT:   86   50-pound bags of flour at Shreveport, La.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The 
article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate 
commerce.
DISPOSITION : January 26,1954. Default decrees of condemnation and destruc- 
tion. Destruction was effected through the delivery of the product to a Federal 
institution, for use as animal feed.
