ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 15 and 16, 1953, from the State of Ohio into" the State of West Virginia. LABEL IN PART: (Wrapper) "Vienna Brand O. K. Bakery." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, insect fragments, and larval head capsules; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : February 5, 1954. The defendant having entered a plea of guilty, the court fined it $1,000.
