PRODUCT: 37 cases, each containing 12 jars, of olives at Krebs and Poteau, 
Okla.
LABEL, IN PART: (Jar) "Lady Carlotta Net Contents 10 Ounces [or "21 
Ounces"] * * * Salad Olives With Pimientos."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect- 
infested and insect-damaged olives.
DISPOSITION :   June 14, 1954.   Default decrees of condemnation and destruction.
