ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about May 17, 1954, by the Central California Pack- 
ing Co., from Del Rey, Calif.
PRODUCT:   324 eases of raisins at Mobile, Ala.
LABEL IN PART:    "30 Lbs. Net Wt.   Del Cara   Select   Seedless Raisins."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, 
insect parts, and rodent hairs; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been 
prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become con- 
taminated with filth.
DISPOSITION : August 2, 1954. Default decree of condemnation. The court 
ordered that the product be sold for use other than for human consumption.
