ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about October 30 and November 2, 1953, from West 
Palm Beach, Fla., and from various places in the State of North Carolina.
PRODUCT:   676 pounds of frozen kingfish at New York, N. Y.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- 
composed fish. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment 
in interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION :    July 22,1954.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
