RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Analysis showed that the capsules contained less 
than 50 percent of the declared amounts of vitamin Bi.

CHARGE: 402 (b) (1)—a valuable constituent, vitamin Bi, had been in part 
omitted or abstracted from the article while held for sale; and, 403 (a)—the 
label statements "Formula Contains * * * Vitamin Bi * * * 2 mg. per cap- 
sule" displayed on one of the drums and "Formula Contains * * * Vitamin 
Bx * * * 3.5 mg. per capsule" displayed on the other drum were false and 
misleading.
