RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION :   Examination showed that the article was short
weight.   The average net weight found was 4 lbs., 9.8 ozs., a shortage of
7.75 percent.

403 (e) (1) and (2)—the label of the article failed to bear the name and, 
place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor, and an accurate

DISPOSITION : 2-8-54. Consent—claimed by Clark Sea Food Co. After failure 
of two attempts to segregate the article, it was destroyed.
