CHARGE: 402 (b) (1)—while held for sale, valuable constituents, vitamin D in the 101 box lot and vitamin Bx in all lots, had been in part omitted or ab- stracted from the articles; and 403 (a)—the label statements, which repre- sented that the tablets and capsules contained 333 U. S. P. units of vitamin Bx each, and that the capsules also contained 1,000 U. S. P. units of vitamin D, were false and misleading since the tablets and capsules contained less vitamin Bx than represented and the capsules contained, also, less vitamin D than represented.
