ALLEGED VIOLATION: Between 10-10-57 and 12-12-57, the defendants caused 
quantities of cornmeal, while held for sale after shipment in interstate com-' 
merce, to be placed in a building accessible to rodents and to be exposed to 
contamination by rodents, which acts resulted in the article being adulterated 
CHARGE: 402(a)(3)—contained rodent urine and rodent excreta pellets; and 
402(a) (4)—held under insanitary conditions.
PLEA:   Nolo contendere.
DISPOSITION:   6-24-58.    Each defendant fined $50.
