ALLEGED VIOLATION : Between 10-24-57 and 1-8-58, while a quantity of corn- 
- meal was being held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce, the de- 
fendants caused the article to be held in a building that was accessible to 
rodents and birds and to be exposed to contamination by rodents and birds, 
which acts resulted in the article being adulterated.
CHARGE:   402(a) (3)—contained rodent urine; and 402(a) (4)—held under in- 
sanitary conditions.
PLEA :   Guilty.
DISPOSITIONr   6-23-58.   Corporation—$1,000   fine;    Bissmeyer 1,000    fine; 
Weber—$500 fine.
