ALLEGED VIOLATIONS; Between 9-18-58 and 11-18-58, the defendant caused quantities of flour and hominy, while held for sale after shipment in inter- state commerce, to be placed in a building that was accessible to rodents and insects and to be exposed to contamination by rodents and insects, which acts resulted in the articles being adulterated. CHARGE: 402(a)(3)—the flour contained rodent urine and insects; and 402(a) (4)—the flour and the hominy were held under insanitary conditions. PLEA : Nolo contendere. DISPOSITION: 4-23-59.
