RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION: Examination showed that the article contained 
approximately 65 percent of the declared amount of vitamin A, approximately 
70 percent of the declared amount of vitamin Bi, and approximately 50 percent 
of the declared amount of vitamin Bu.

CHARGE: 402(b) (1)—while held for sale, the valuable constituents, vitamin A, 
vitamin Bi, and vitamin B12, had been in part omitted or abstracted from the 
article; and 403(a)—the label statement "Each Capsule Contains: Vitamin A 
1000 Units * * * Vitamin Bt * * * 4.0 mgm. * * * Vitamin B^ USP 2 
mgm." was false and misleading.
