RESULTS OP INVESTIGATION :    Examination showed that the articles contained
only artificial rum and brandy flavoring.

CHARGE: 403(a)—when shipped, the names of the articles "Rum N Brandy" 
and "Rum And Brandy" and the statements on their labels "pure rum and 
brandy flavors," were false and misleading; 403(i) (2)—the articles were 
fabricated from two or more ingredients and their labels failed to bear the 
common or usual name of each such ingredient, since the artificial rum and 
brandy flavors were not declared; and 403 (k)—the articles contained artificial 
rum and brandy flavoring and their labels did not state that fact.
