RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION :    Examination showed the article to be a groundup
pickle product having the appearance of and seasoned to taste as a relish, and 
that the article contained an undeclared coal-tar color.

(1) the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor 
and (2) an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents; 403(i) (1) — 
the label of the article failed to bear the common or usual name of the food; 
403(i) (2)—the article was fabricated from two or more ingredients, and its 
label failed to bear the common or usual name of each such ingredient; and 
403(k)—the article contained artificial coloring and failed to bear labeling 
stating that fact.
