t/a The Merchants Co., Jackson, Miss., and James B. Powers, warehouse man- 
ager.
ALLEGED VIOLATIONS : Between 1-24-61 and 5-25-61, while quantities of flour 
and cornmeal were being held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce, 
the defendants caused the articles to be held in a building that was accessible 
to rodents, insects, and birds and to be exposed to contamination by rodents, 
insects, and birds, which acts resulted in the articles being adulterated.
