RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Analysis showed that the article contained approxi- mately 78 and 70 percent, respectively, of the declared amounts of vitamins Bi and C. LIBELED : On or about 3-20-64, W. CHARGE : 402 (b) (1) —while held for sale, the valuable constituent, namely, vita- min Bj and vitamin C, had been in whole or in part omitted or abstracted from the article; and 403(a)—the label statements "Eaeh Tablet Contains:—Vita- min Bi (Thiamine HCL) 2.5 mg." and "Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 50 mg." were false and misleading as applied to an article containing less than the declared amounts of these ingredients.
