Duffy-Mott Co., Inc., claimant, having denied that the article was adulterated and misbranded but having consented to the entry of a decree in view of the slight value of the seized article, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the article was ordered to be delivered to a charitable organization and marked to show that it may contain a mixture of strained apples and pears.
