Canadian authorities had been returned- The 872-case lot had been shipped 
by C. W. Ward, wa Nelson. Ricks Creamery Co., Richfield, Idaho.

CHARGE: 403(g) (1)—when shipped, the article purported and was represented 
to be monterey jack cheese, and it failed to conform to the definition and stand- 
ard of identity prescribed by regulations, since it had been prepared from milk 
which was not pasteurized.
DISPOSITION: 9-28-65. Consent—claimed by Nelson Ricks Creamery Co., Salt 
Lake City, Utah, and by C. W. Ward, wa Nelson Ricks Creamery Co., Richfield, 
Idaho, for conversion into pasteurized processed cheese.
