CHARGE: 403(g) (1)—when shipped, the article purported to be and was rep- 
resented as orange juice, a food for which a definition and standard of identity 
has been prescribed by regulations, and it failed to conform to such definition 
and standard in that it contained sorbic acid, an added sweetener and recon- 
stituted orange juice, which are not permitted as ingredients of orange juice 
in such definition and standard.
