shrimp and was in part unpeeled and deveined, which shrimp had been substi- 
tuted for peeled and deveined shrimp which the article purported and was 
represented to be; and 403(a)—the label statement "Shrimp * * * Individually 
frozen peeled and deveined" was false and misleading.
DISPOSITION : 9-10-65. Consent—claimed by Ocean Products, Inc. Segregated, 
reprocessed, and relabeled; 160 lbs. destroyed.
