1. 2939. Adulteration and misbranding of Indoform and Pluri-B, and alleged adulteration and misbranding of vitamin D. U. S. v. Pasadena Research Laboratories, Inc., and Russell R. Bavouset. Pleas of not guilty. Tried to the court.Defendants found guilty on five counts and not guilty on two counts.Corporation fined $3,000; individual defendant placed on probation for five years. Judgment of district court affirmed on appeal to circuit court of appeals.

Fine of $700 against corporation and $700 against Martin A. Clemens.
