2. 4282. Misbranding of secobarbital sodium capsules, dextro-amphetamine sulfate tablets, methyltestosterone tablets, and pentobarbital sodium capsules. U. S. v. William N. Snider (South Denver Drug Co.), Max H. Metzner and Norman Osborne, Jr. Pleas of guilty. Fine of $2,000 against Defendant Snider, $300 against Defendant Metzner, and $300 against Defendant Osborne. Defendants Snider and Osborne also placed on probation for 3 years.
