1356. Alleged misbranding of Willard's Tablets. U. S. v. 265 Packages and 258 Packages of Willard's Tablets, and 450 Envelopes of Printed Blatter. Tried to the court. Judgment for claimant. Decree ordering dismissal of the libel and release of the goods. Judgment affirmed on appeal to the circuit court of appeals.
