Judgment of the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, reversing the judgment of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Missouri for the condemnation, forfeiture, and destruction of the product, afrirmed by the Supreme Court of the United States. Case remanded to the District Court for a new trial.
